Ok, I know it's been
a while since my last update. The site had to take a back seat for awhile. I
have been busy helping out on some film projects. But back to the site. Things
are going to change around here. The past month I have been playing with a new
homepage. It will be a bit more flashy and fun. And with that now that the
weather is cooling down here in So. Flo. I'll be working on my projects again.
I've gotten some new tools, so I can't wait to use them.
But now on for some
GREAT NEWS...
I have just got wind
that www.lightertricks.com will be
coming back!!! I'm told that the site launch will be by the end of November.

Welp, it's a new
year, with new projects. I'm getting back into photography. My Zippo tool I hope
will be sent to the manufacture by the end of this month. I will be auctioning
off a set of pictures at the Zippo Swapmeet in July '06. I will have a booth
there so please stop by.

I know it's been
awhile since my last update. I have been busy at work, and dealing with my CAD
guy. I fired the last one and I'm now working with a new guy. He's good and it
looks like I'll have my tool done before the next Zippo Swapmeet. With the
little time I do have I have been hanging out at the
Flickr site. It's a great site if you are
into photography. I have an account there my username is
Spanish Flea. I have a
few pix of Zippos, Flea, and general stuff I've been working on. Please feel
free to leave comments on my pix.

Yesterday I did a
lot of work on the site, I changed the Bottom Stamp section a bit. Added a lot
more Date Code information, and will be adding more.
My plan it to be the
most extensive source for Date Codes, on the Net.

Well, I've had the
stickers for almost a year now, and I've only sent
out a few. If you want a few shoot me an
email with your address.
I myself have stuck a few at airports and around my town, and I know I got one
on a car in Belgium (OldNo7), thanks!
I have been on a
mission to finish my book by the end of this month. Plus it should be any day
now I get the CAD drawing of my Zippo tool.

Well we had another
hurricane come our way. Hurricane Rita. Though it wasn't a direct hit like
Katrina, it skated below the keys, and dumped some water on us.
In case you are new
here and don't know yet, but me and a good mate of mine started a new website.

to be a great site bridging the gap between the collectors and trickers. Check

Also my stats are
showing we are getting about 100 new visitors every week. Keep spreading
the word!

I know it's been a
while since I last posted. But since then we were hit with a Cat 1 Hurricane,
Katrina. The same hurricane that hit Louisiana. I have since donated some money
to a boot drive our local Fire Dept. is doing. I also put a link to the Red
Cross on my mane page, it on the top right corner.
Please give.
I also have some
pix of our area. Mostly downed trees and signs. We
lost power for about 30 hours. Which was nothing, some people went 5 days with
out power.
Added a new pix on
the main page, this is a pix of the Zippos I got back from Zippo. Just thought
it looked cool.

good, I'm now waiting on a call to meet with the plastics molding guy. Added a

It's been about a
month since I last posted. Still working on the prototype of a tool I'm making.
I'm meeting with a Manufacture today. Wish me luck. If things go well, I will
have this at the Zippo Swap meet next year. I also scored some Zippo Slim
Hinges. I have these for sale in the Parts section.

I can't believe it's
been 4 months since my last update. So much has happened in this time. First

working on getting a patent for a tool I invented. Plus I'm writing a book about

I just finished 7
Shorty's, 12 Ziplights, and I noticed that I have lots of Zippo parts laying
around my bench. So I started to put them in a parts box, I have some good stuff
here. So I'm going to sell them. This next week I will inventory everything and
set a price to. I hope to have it posted by next weekend.

It's a new year and
a month has gone by already. WoW! I have been bogged down with School, Work, and
making Ziplights for customers. At this rate I will be sold out by the end of
the year.

The site is slowly
growing. It's funny to sit here and think, when I first came up with the idea of
having a website, I thought I'd just have a main page and about three linking
pages. So as I started building, it turned into a monster. And fixing a bug that
you put in in every page becomes a pain. But well worth it in the end. This past
week I fixed a few bugs that you let me know of. I also had some stickers made.
Also added the option to Donate pennies if you want.

Well once again
things turn for the worst, I haven't had time to work on my Zippos, With Xmas
around the corner and my mom coming to visit with her new hubby, I haven't had
time. Right now I'm in the process of restoring a gumball machine. This will be
a Xmas gift for my mother-in-law. I'll post pix when it's finished. Oh, I also
updated the Contacts page.

The weather is
finally changing. it's getting cooler where I live (S. Florida) so I will be
getting back out in the garage and working on my unfinished projects.

Well, I'm working on
getting a new host. I should have the site up by the time you read this. I got a
USB Thumb Drive to finish that project. Also added some pix. Oh, got the latest
rag from Zippo Click. There is a picture of me in there. Take a look at the
shirt I'm wearing. hee hee.
6/21/04
Well, I'm on the
plane right now going to Reno. It's 11:35 Eastern Time, and the pilot just said
we were over Texas. It's pitch black outside and aside from the
blinking red light
on the wing and the slight turbulence, I would think this was a dream. I wish.
Out of the corner of my eye I see a bright flash of white. I turn my
head to stare
intently out the window, What was that I thought. Then just before I turned back
I saw the clouds below us light up. It's lightning!
The clouds light up
with fury now. Every 3 seconds a different cloud lights up. Every once in a while
you will see the bolt of lightning serpent itself
through the clouds.
I close my eyes and hope I wake up soon.

I've been working on the website. I still had
some pix that wouldn't show up and stuff. I got 99% of it done now. New to the
site is the Bottom Stamp page. It's a great page of showing the date of your
Zippo.
