USB Zippo!

USB thumb drives are getting smaller every day. I've done a little

research and found one that can fit inside the insert. I cut off the chimney,

took out the Flint Tube. Increased the hole. I used my current thumb drive

to make sure things fit.

I now have a USB drive that will fit. I had to do some trimming to get at the activity LED on the drive. I will be installing a

LED in the Wick Rivet and wiring it to the drive.

Off with it's head!			I still have a bit of fileing to do to get it to sit straight.
		I had to cut away some of the case to access the LED. In this pix the LED has already been removed. A new LED will be wired in and placed in the Wick.
