Date Codes!

Not happy with what is on the Net for Zippo Date Codes, I compiled all the date codes I could get my hands on.

This will be the most comprehensive collection of date codes on the internet.

Enjoy.

The Letters represent the Month.

Zippo First used Dots to represent the year.

\ \ \ Zippo \ \ \ - 1984

\ \ \ Zippo \ \ - 1985

The Roman Numbers represent the year.

Zippo used this dating code between 1986-2000

I - 1985

II - 1986

III - 1987

IV - 1988

V - 1989

VI - 1990

VII - 1991

VIII - 1992

IX - 1993

X - 1994

XI - 1995

XII - 1996

Starting In 2000, Zippo started putting the year on the bottom of their Zippo.
